The double steel doors to the left of the spacious staircase to the first floors give you access to the stylish living room. The oak parquet, which is on both the ground and first floors, is sleek and modern while being warm and inviting. The fireplace in the living room, which is connected to the central heating system, further adds to this feeling of warmth and cosiness.

This is a place to be at home, receive friends and relax, but the house is also perfect for those who regularly work from home. Indeed, from the living room you can access the office space, which is visually connected to the living room by a long, narrow window. For children, there is a playroom on this floor.

The living room also leads you to the spacious roof terrace. Sustainability
Great care and attention has also been given to the energy management in this house. The house is gas-free and a substantial part of the electricity you use is generated by 40 solar panels and a heat pump, pellet stove and wood fire (Trivalent heating) keep the house at a pleasant temperature in the cold months. Home automation also plays an important role in regulating heat and coolness. Weather stations constantly monitor the weather conditions around the house and ensure that the blinds adjust to the incidence of light so that the air conditioning does not cool unnecessarily and there is shade on the terraces. The blinds close automatically at night for extra insulation. The bedrooms, living room and office are air-conditioned. There is also a WTW system, Unidek roof insulation (2020) and 200mm wall insulation. The main house has double HR++ glazing and the outbuildings have aluminium window frames with triple glazing.
