The original house from 1863 is sublimely merged with the secret annex, which used to house the animals and tractors. The former agricultural function has been abandoned once and for all. From 2010, the farm as a whole new built and in 2013 everything is completed. A perfect residential function has come in its place. The sustainable materials are carefully selected - some even with a bit of history -. Everything has been carefully selected and where possible the character of the farm has been preserved. What a tranquility and space! This object can only be described in one way "absolute perfection"! Layout

The other part has a huge table where you can dine with a large group. The sonos audio system is also implemented here. The room has an authentic beamed ceiling and the floors are in oak. The heating is via wall heating and via new radiators with a very attractive authentic look. This is supported by the beautiful original beams.

The spacious cozy kitchen is the cozy center of the house where you cook on an original Aga Cooker with 4 ovens and 2 gas burners. There is plenty of storage space in the cupboards, the island and a large pantry. The sink is made of Belgian bluestone and has a double sink with quooker and dishwasher. A separate kitchen for the coffee machine and the cozy seat make the whole complete.

In the adjoining conservatory with en-suite doors is the dining room with cozy gas fireplace. The conservatory has, like the kitchen, a Belgian bluestone floor with underfloor heating, air conditioning and a sonos audio system. Through the double doors you can walk on the terrace and the veranda (with patio heating and audio).

The office is accessible from the inside and via a separate entrance. This room with oak floor and high ceiling has a large custom cabinet and a large conference table of slate with built-in screen for conference calls.

First floor
The landing provides access to the rooms and is accessible through 2 stairwells.

Through a separate entrance you enter the bedroom of 60 m² which is equipped with a cozy gas fireplace and open to the ridge with wooden beams. Also here is air conditioning and Sonos available.
