Through fixed staircase is the landing accessible to which 2 bedrooms, laundry room, toilet room with toilet and sink and storage room are located.The floor is equipped with PVC flooring and parquet flooring. The bedroom has parquet flooring and fitted wardrobes.
From the landing a flat is accessible which is equipped with living room, kitchen with kitchenette and many storage cupboards under the sloping part.

Bakehouse

The horse stable is constructed of steel trusses, wooden purlins and has a clinker floor, light boards and an asbestos-free roof. Arranged with a 10 stalls, tack room, 5 running stalls, cover box and 2 washing areas.
In the horse stable is a flat with a bedroom, kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine connection and a storage room.

Barn with workshop
As an extension of the horse stable is a barn. Constructed of steel trusses and wooden purlins, half-brick masonry, with concrete floor and sliding door.

Lunging circle
Covered lunging ring with a diameter of approximately 13 metres. Constructed of steel trusses, wooden purlins, masonry of concrete blocks with wooden potted walls and sand floor.

Outdoor arena
Next to the riding hall is the 20 x 60 metre outdoor arena, which also has an ebb and flow bottom.

Location
The horse farm is located on the edge of the village centre of Hunsel. The location is 40 minutes from the 'Peelbergen', 30 minutes from Valkenswaard and Maastricht. The landscape around Hunsel is characterised by higher sandy soils with wooded banks. The rural location offers numerous opportunities for nature and water (sports) recreation. Think of the Maasplassen in central Limburg, not to mention the nearby 18-hole golf course "Het Land van Thorn". The village has three camping sites.
For everyday amenities, the village offers its own primary school and residential-care complex, various shops and businesses. For somewhat more extensive shopping, there are many options in the neighbouring villages of Stramproy, Ell and Ittervoort. The cities of Weert and Roermond are approximately 15 minutes away by car. Furthermore, Hunsel has a rich club life.
Hunsel belongs to the rural municipality of Leudal, also known as the "Garden of Limburg" and is home to some unique nature reserves, such as Itterseheide, Exaten, Beegderheide and, of course, the Leudal: a beautifully varied nature reserve. To the north, the municipality of Leudal borders the Krang nature reserve and the Peel area, with the 1,500-hectare National Park De Groote Peel. To the east and south you will find the Maasplassen with plenty of water sports opportunities and historical towns such as Thorn and Roermond and National Park De Meinweg. To the west, the municipality of Leudal borders directly on Belgium with cross-border cycling routes and cosy towns such as Maaseik.
