The spaciously detached villa with various surrounding views, a robust base of light concrete and a zinc-roofed roof storey fits in nicely with the surrounding historic villas. The villa has six floors with space for parking and storage in the basement.

Large room-high areas of glass, of almost 3 metres, contemporary set in extra-slim dark aluminium frames, give the two- and three-sided oriented flats plenty of light, air and sense of spaciousness. Inside and outside coincide.

Floor heating and cooling throughout the flats, separate toilets and laundry and storage rooms, extra-high sound insulation between all the flats, and the high level of molding for finishes such as those of the open kitchen and bathrooms characterise the luxury level of the flats.

Privacy and comfort

Privacy and comfort are among the core values that give Elion Park its high-quality character. 

This starts with the main structure with staggered volumes in the facade with balconies and the terraces of individual flats at the rear.

Elion Park has two separate main entrances, about 6 metres high, limiting daily traffic in the common areas. Intercoms with camera and Bringme Boxes for contactless receipt and delivery of parcels give residents extra privacy and comfort.

A speedgate provides access to the basement car park, which you reach via a ramp on the side of the estate, hidden among the greenery. Once parked in your own space, the lift or staircase takes you to the privacy of your flat.

High-quality architecture

Sophisticated and innovative details in the architecture enhance the high-quality character of Elion Park. Aesthetic values, spaciousness and living comfort have been developed to the extreme, whether it is the rainwater drains hidden from view, the elongated stone with deep joints for a horizontal interplay of lines, or the refined recurring rhythm in facade, railings and ornaments.

The design of the villa garden starts at the stately front garden with hedges, and leads past the manor house to the rear garden with meandering paths, strong height differences and a wealth of evergreen and colourful planting. The woodland atmosphere contrasts with the contemporary design of fencing, steps and the pond at the back of this communal oasis. The garden is maintained year-round by a gardener.

Sustainability beyond the norm

Elion Park has been developed in a highly sustainable and future-proof manner; the developer and architect have pursued the highest achievable standards, ensuring that the flats more than meet current and expected standards.

Elion Park is ahead of the BENG (Nearly Energy Neutral Building) standard that will be a requirement for all permit applications from 1 January 2021. These energy-efficient qualities start with the high-quality insulation values of the building envelope, in full compliance with the building code for new buildings. Elion Park will naturally be gasless.

The project has a closed ground source with a separate heat pump for each home located in its own storage room. The underfloor heating and cooling throughout the home are switched by thermostats in each individual living area. For hot tap water, each dwelling receives a 200-litre boiler tank fed by the heat pump. The highest achievable level of ventilation was also chosen: mechanical balanced ventilation with heat recovery, CO₂-measured air supply in all living areas and a recirculation hood in the kitchens. The quality of the chosen techniques and installations guarantees maximum comfort and safety in addition to optimal energy savings.
