Ground floor
You enter through the covered entrance on the left. In the overhead light the characteristic white cast-iron tree of life. From the spacious hall with staircase, you have access to the various rooms. At the front, the bright and cosy living room with rod windows, beamed ceiling and fireplace. Around the fireplace the robust mantelpiece with beautiful tile panels. There are French doors to the sunny side garden.

Double doors from the living room provide access to the adjoining kitchen diner. Through the French doors in the cosy kitchen you have a beautiful view over the farmlands. From the kitchen you also have access to the pantry/wine cellar. Next is the practical utility room with storage space and connections for the washing machine and dryer. Both the living room, kitchen and scullery have access to the garden.
