An exceptional canal house of approx. 408 m2 on own land and a sunny deep garden with garden house at the back.

This unique canal house, a national monument built in 1654, is located in a central location between Leidsegracht and Leidsestraat and will become available to the next occupant after 120 years, the monument can be lived in as a single unit again due to the 2022 permit. The front house was separated from the back house in the past, the front house housed a physiotherapy practice until before the end of 2021.

Now the monument needs to be merged/modernised back to its original state and the back house with deep garden and special garden house can be lived in again. There is permission from the Municipality to install a lift and a preservation can be achieved with heat pump. Only the front house still needs a new foundation, the rear house already has a new concrete foundation.
