The silhouette defines the housing offer

STACK is Rotterdam's newest residential tower at the far end of the Müllerpier. The 70-metre-high, 22-storey tower will be finished to a high standard. And that sense of luxury starts at the spacious high entrance; the lobby made entirely of glass provides access to flats.

Residents can usually park their cars in the car park using 2 parking lifts. The building also features a communal bicycle shed with space for over 100 bicycles. Furthermore, almost every flat has its own external storage space that can be accessed by lift.

Who lives in STACK has everything close by and the heart of Rotterdam close by: just 10 minutes by bike. Public transport is within walking distance, as are shops for daily groceries. The Park across the water regularly hosts festivals and events. Rotterdam's oldest park is also ideal for a run and a lovely place for a summer picnic or barbecue. Also nearby: sports complex Lloyd Multiplein. On several football and basketball pitches you can play sports to your heart's content.
