THE NATURAL AREA
The Westeinderplassen consist of a large lake and several smaller lakes. The lakes are connected by a network of small ditches. You can swim, sail, windsurf, row and motorboat there. In, on and around the lakes, there is a wealth of flora and fauna: fish, birds and (rare) plants. In the lakes with a surface area of over 10 km², pike, eel and the rare European catfish, among others, swim. Some islets are inhabited by recreationists, others have traditionally been used for growing lilacs.

THE WATERVILLA
The 260m² thatched living quarters have a central hall with two toilets and a utility room with two boilers. Both halves of 130m² each have five bedrooms. Downstairs there are two single and two double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite luxury bathroom with underfloor heating. A total of 10 bedrooms with 16 beds. There is a kitchen with built-in appliances and connections to possibly create a second kitchen. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with fireplace and sliding doors. The cosy living room has a fireplace and sliding doors to the garden. The villa is offered with contents.

This is a recreational property and may not serve as a main residence. The island is connected to the sewage, water and electricity networks. There is a KPN connection for telephone and internet.
