In collaboration with villa builder ThuisinBouwen and Bekhuis & KleinJan Architects, a beautiful project of 8 detached and exclusive villa's has been developed here. Each of the 8 villa's is unique; what they have in common is an exclusive look with white facades and thatched roofs.

A number of characteristic and contemporary homes will be realized on Ossenwaard with its unique location and green water-rich environment. Houses, with a special unity and cohesion, but also a strong uniqueness and individuality. Cohesion in a rich and elegant materialization and uniform color palette but with diversity in design and detailing. By designing each house uniquely and attuning it to the specific location in Ossenwaard and the corresponding oriëntation, several spacious villa’s are created that fit the place. The characteristic white houses with rich thatched roofs provide a wonderful coherence and beautiful transition with the surrounding landscape. Where one home has a modern look, another leans more toward a more traditional design. Centrally located in the middle of the Netherlands

Speak of a central location ... The estate is located in the middle of the Netherlands about fifteen minutes from the Dom in Utrecht. Within cycling distance is the village of Schalkwijk én the rustic village of Tull en ’t Waal. At about 10 minutes drive you will find Nieuwegein and Vianen. And at about 35 minutes you are at Schiphol Airport óf in our capital Amsterdam.

In Tull en ’t Waal, Nieuwegein and Houten are good elementary school and several gyms/associations located. Eating out, going to the movies or theater can be done in Nieuwegein and Houten as well as in the surrounding villages én of course in the city center of Utrecht.

The outdoor life is central

The estate s size gives it a rich diversity of nature, which you can enjoy in peace and quiet alone or with more than one person. Along the banks are several small beaches, where you can swim or moor a boat. On the far north and south sides are vast fields, where various species of birds and other animals live. The center is denser with large rows of trees. There are several ponds and even an old orchard, where different kinds of fruit can be harvested.
