A DESIGN BY ARONS & GELAUFF
Eden District was designed by two architects. Waterfront, in which the 8th-floor penthouse is located, is a design by architecture firm Arons & Gelauff. The classic idea of a building consisting of three parts, with the penthouses forming the roof, the architects of Arons & Gelauff wanted to interpret freely for once.

The result is a top layer that stands apart from the apartments below due to a different facade material (copper). The copper facade provides a luxurious appearance. It has a gold color that makes the roof stand out and really be seen. The dark, brown-gray facade frames provide a sophisticated contrast.

DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING
This project was developed by the renowned property developer Blauwhoed in cooperation with the municipality of Rotterdam.

The construction was realized by STEBRU.

PRIVATE STORAGE
As many as three parking spaces have been reserved for the penthouse in Eden District's private storage garage. The v.o.n. price is €35,000 per parking space. The entrance and exit of the parking garage is located at Loods Borneo.

OWNERS' ASSOCIATION
