A DESIGN BY ARONS & GELAUFF
Eden District was designed by two architects. Waterfront, in which the penthouse is located on the 8th floor, is a design by the renowned architectural firm Arons & Gelauff. The classic idea of a building consisting of three parts, with the penthouses forming the roof, was something the architects at Arons & Gelauff wanted to interpret freely for once. The result is a top floor that stands apart from the apartments below it due to a different facade material (copper). The copper facade provides a luxurious appearance. It has a gold color that makes the roof stand out and really be seen. The dark, brown-gray facade frames provide a sophisticated contrast.

INNOVATIVE, SUSTAINABLE AND GREEN
The penthouse is detached on the 8th floor of the unique Eden District project, on the Maas in Rotterdam's Lloyd Quarter. Various sustainable solutions have been integrated into Eden District. For example, the Powernest on the Maas combines sun and wind as energy sources and PV panels are used on the highest roofs. Moreover, we are reducing the amount of debris in the landfill: the bricks are made from recycled materials and the facade panels are made from recycled copper.
