The impressive entrance is richly decorated with floors, rounded skirting boards and walls of copper inlaid Iranian granite.
Thanks to the painted gingko leaves, the sumptuous ceiling exudes an Oriental atmosphere and is the mirror image of the inlaid forms of the floor.
The stately but at the same time intimate dining room has a mosaic floor that is very tastefully composed of all the types of granite used in the villa. The villa has excellent opportunities to work on the house. On the ground floor there is a large office with its own entrance in which all preparations are already in place, should one wish to convert this space to a ground floor bedroom and bathroom.
Around the villa (24) specially manufactured arched windows with computer-controlled cream-coloured awnings steal the show. From the living room seven double doors give access to the huge terrace and the gently sloping lawn and the various trees serve as a welcome 'pantry' for the squirrels that live in the park-like garden. Outside, ninety sprinklers ensure perfect computer-controlled irrigation. Eighty lights let the villa bathe in light, which in darkness provides a magical picture. Very luxurious and extremely practical is the electrically heated driveway that runs up to and including the double garage so that in winter conditions one can always easily drive in and out and walk.
In the right wing the focus is on relaxing. Wellness lovers can enjoy a sauna, infrared cabin, jacuzzi and spacious indoor pool with a handy and beautiful anti-slip floor of French limestone.
Eyecatchers of the upper floor are the beautiful dressing room with fitted wardrobes complete with a private sitting area and a bathroom of very large proportions completely executed in marble.
Who can call himself the owner of this magnificent villa, situated on one and a half hectares of land, has a total of no less than five registered building sites, two on which the villa is built and three that can still be built on.

GROUND FLOOR

ENTRANCE AND CENTRAL HALL
You enter a huge park-like area through a remotely controlled wrought iron double entrance gate (with videophone installation) on which the imposing villa stands in a high-security residential area that is equipped with 12 height adjustable cameras.

You can enter the villa through various entrances. The main entrance with the central hall (104m2) is very impressive with its floor of Iranian granite that is tastefully inlaid and decorated with matching copper elements. At several places in the house you will find the granite again and again in different motifs and in different shades of color. The symmetry is striking and can be found in several places in the house. In the central hall this is reflected in the oval shape structure in the floor, which can be found in the richly decorated hand-painted ceiling.

CLOAKROOM AND GUEST TOILET
Upon entering the central hall you will find to the left of the living room a very luxurious guest toilet (approx. 5.5 m2) with free hanging toilet, urinal and sink. This room is also in style with floor and walls to the top finished with granite.

Everything has been thought about in this house. For example, the spacious wardrobe with built-in wardrobe out of sight when entering the central hall and perfectly situated at an additional entrance for the office and next to the entrance door to the indoor double garage. Further on in the description you will find further information about the latter areas.

LIVING
The living room (approx. 68 m2) can be accessed from the central hall via double doors on two sides if desired. You will find here centrally in the room located the beautiful antique Parisian marble (?) fireplace flanked by built-in closet walls. Again, the perfection and spatial effect of the symmetry is felt. The living area is carpeted and has a warm cozy atmosphere and also gives a very nice view of the garden which is accessible through 3 double doors with arched windows.

DINING ROOM
To the right of the living room is the dining room (approx. 23 m2). This is from the living room through sliding doors to enter, but also through double doors from the central hall. Eye-catching is the beautiful tight motif of the granite floor. Herein are the various colors of the Iranian granite used in the house are back. This floor has underfloor heating. As with all rooms on the ground floor is the case here again give double doors with arched windows access to the garden.

KITCHEN WITH LOUNGE
From the dining room you walk into the adjoining spacious kitchen with underfloor heating (approx. 30 m2). The Miele kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped and has appliances also of the brand Miele (5 burner ceramic hob, microwave with grill, oven with grill, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher). Here you will also find a transport lift which is connected to the storage room in the basement and to the first floor above. This allows you to easily transport your groceries indoors.

TERRACE
The southeast facing terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen and from the pool (more about this below). This originally open terrace can be closed through 3 sliding doors that are placed in rails and if desired for two-thirds part to open. The terrace has electric patio heating and is partly equipped with the sound system that the entire villa is equipped with.

EXTRA (SERVICE) ENTRANCE AND UTILITY ROOM
The utility room has an extra kitchenette. In this room you will find all the necessary white goods connections and the possibility of connecting extra cooling and freezing equipment. By a railed lockable wall is all equipment in an instant out of sight. Here, too, efficiency has been thought out in detail. Here you will also find a separate toilet (approx. 2 m2) with free hanging toilet and sink. The floor and walls are also completely finished with polished solid marble slabs. The adjacent spacious also in the same way and fully marble bathroom (approx. 17 m2) has a bath, corner shower, double sink and toilet. This bathroom also has underfloor heating.

This floor is also executed in the warm tint of French limestone with a marble-framed tile structure and is also equipped with underfloor heating.  The pool that can be illuminated (12.5 m x 4.75 m, depth 1.20 m / 1.60 m) has a jet stream, a bubble former and a massage station. From the pool you can directly into the adjacent jacuzzi steps. The room contains a relaxation area.

A special pool installation and a separate heating circuit ensure that the pool area is continuously kept in optimal condition. For example, all windows in the pool are blown with (recyclable) dehumidified hot air.

BASEMENT AND WINE CELLAR
The central staircase with sand-lime stone steps and wrought-iron balustrade leads you further to the basement. Double antique openwork doors give access to the cozy wine cellar. This room with its warm atmosphere is ideal for welcoming your guests for an aperitif or a wine tasting.
In the basement you have several cellars that can be used for different purposes. In addition, there is a large storage cellar from which a goods lift leads to the kitchen and first floor above.
