Flooring under the crossing in concrete clinkers , crossing finished with solid wood beams. Completely around the stables there is lighting under the crossing.
Windows of the stables equipped with unbreakable glass, ventilation, can open to the outside and fixed.
Heating of all buildings is done with 5 boilers on heating fuel (private villa, B&B, trainer's house, stables section and quarantine section).
Malt tanks of 8000 and 2000 liters.

Around the buildings are 20 individual meadows separated from each other by 4 meter wide grass roads (one meadow is on the other side of the Haezeweidestraat).

All meadows are surrounded by a wooden fence with 3 horizontal slats, with all facilities for electric fence wire.
All pastures also equipped with automatic drinking trough and all drained every 6 meters. Entrance to the entire property is via Plane Avenue and a solid wood electric swing gate (Pouleyn) for the private section.
Large inner courtyard of 3,000 m² accessible via the 2nd entrance via the Haezeweidestraat, entirely in cobblestones. SEGAF entrance gate. 4 large paddocks on the right side of the plot, in the middle equipped with a water-buffer basin required by the Fire Department.
