At the dining area is access to the very fully equipped kitchen, from which the conservatory can be reached. This is a great place to dine together, as a family, with friends or family. The utility room, which is adjacent to the kitchen, offers plenty of practical storage space.
The office area is indoors accessed through the vestibule. There are three rooms, one of which can be used as a reception or waiting room. Adjacent is a beautiful office space with toilet and the third space is the directors office with beautiful views of the garden. In the middle room is a staircase to the second floor, which can also be used for business purposes.

Second floor:

In the hall of the guesthouse is a staircase to the basement, divided into three basement rooms and a crawlspace.

Garden:
