The country house
The country house has an appealing roof shape with Dutch tiles and wooden cladding under the overhang, hardwood windows and doors with panes and a covered entrance with divisible front door. The entire ground floor features old French tiles, comfort and technology are fully up-to-date with double glazing, Atag central heating boiler (2019), fibre optic, lightning protection and a Stork heat recovery ventilation system. The wooden access gate to the plot can be operated remotely. The house has Energy Label A.

Layout:

Ground floor:
Bright entrance hall with toilet (fountain and suspended toilet), meter cupboard and wardrobe under the stairs to the first floor. Double doors with glazing bars provide access to the L-shaped living and dining room with television corner. Windows all around provide a beautiful view of the Salland landscape and the golf course. The fireplace features a French mantel and, combined with the tiles, give the whole a Mediterranean flavour. Two French doors provide direct access to a partially covered terrace with fireplace. The large, sunny kitchen, which can also be accessed from the living room, has a rural appearance and features a blue fitted kitchen with a polished black granite countertop and an Atag gas stove with three ovens. The sunny terrace can be reached from the kitchen via two French doors. The utility room has a kitchen unit, microwave and a door to the terrace. There are also stairs from the utility room down to the spacious basement with a separate wine cellar. The terrace adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with a seven metre wide electrically operated awning; the pergola next to the other terrace is partly covered with blue grapes in the summer.

First floor
The first floor contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One large and one smaller bedroom have lots of closet space as well as access to a large balcony with wooden decking.
