A unique National Monument in the centre of Bloemendaal!
The Classicist characteristic white plastered Eastern half of a former coach house (1841), previously part of Estate ‘Wildhoef’, has at the front side a 45 metre deep garden Southeast with a majestic chestnut tree and plenty of parking space on private terrain. On the North side the plot is situated adjacent to a brook, that transports the seepage water from the dunes, and on the South side there is a sheltered terrace and a wooden storage.
The house comes with a very spacious atmosphere thanks to the high ceilings (4,00 m¹) in the quarters on the ground floor, which are currently used as living room and dining room. The height in the dining room is extra utilised with a mezzanine floor above the kitchen, where there is currently a study. Many original details have been preserved; Full-size French doors, hatches, beautiful trusses in the roof structure, high ceilings and original panelling.
The location close to various public nature areas, including National Park Zuid Kennemerland, Middenduin and the beach, where estates Elswout, Caprera and Schapenduinen are practically your neighbours, can certainly be considered unique. The Openlucht Theater, various sports associations including hockey clubs, a cricket club, golf clubs, a riding school with large riding area, the village centre, as well as NS station Bloemendaal are at walking distance.
